My sister died of breast cancer. That happened last year and we all were in chaos at the time. Ever since I decided to avoid all things that can increase mine risk of getting cancer. That is how I started with soy. Now I am drinking soy milk, daily, eat tofu and other soy products. Am I eating too much soy? Can this too much eating be dangerous?
I am an Asian and since I grew up in such family I get used to eat soy a lot. We literally eat everything that can be made of soy. Among all, there is some usual stuff: soy been products, soy milk tofu, raw soy, etc. I have never heard that someone from my community had health problems regarding soy. And as you may guess, some of us have family history of cancer, too.
