Am I having signs of early kidney failure?

I Thought i have been sick with the flu for the past week (7 days). Vommiting, headache, severe stomach pain shooting down to bladder, fatigue, insomnia, and black stool. The black stool i think is from the maalox, but i do have hemeroids and past kidney problems (kidney stones). I'm 18, male and no insurance lol. My left leg is kind of loosing feeling and i'm not getting any better. Temperature up to 102.6. Cant eat, and when i force myself i tend to breath realy heavily or when i walk for mor than 2 minutes i breath heavily. Pain in stomach moves, mainly higher up around ribs. My temp comes and goes. I also have diarrhea. I am out of maalox and it didnt realy help. Should i see a doctor?

your sign looks like a food poisioning but i'm not sure you need to see doctor right away
