Am I just having Chronic UTI's?

I'm a 24 year old male, married. Since I was about 13, or probably more likely whenever I started masturbating, I've been getting "Chronic" UTI's (Or atleast that's what I believed them to be). I say chronic, but until recently, they had never been closer than 3-4 months, so I really had no worry, and it always went away after a couple hours, and drinking some water or juice.

However, recently this has become much more frequent, and seems to be accompanied with my testicles being slightly more sensitive. The testicles I'm not overly concerned with, as it's a sensitive area, but the frequency of what I thought were UTI's, seems to be getting a little ridiculous. I may still go about a month without getting one, but then it seems that it comes in waves. Like I'll get 3 in a week, and then won't get another for a few weeks. I'm headed to the Doctor within the week to get the works done on me, STD's, Prostate, whatever this sounds like, I just want to get healthy. I guess in a breakdown, here is a list of my symptoms.

- occasional discomfort when urinating
- urine occasionally feels "hot"
- occasionally more sensitive testicles
