| Hello All! Okay, so my last normal period started Feb. 20, 2006. My boyfriend and I have had sex many times since that date, but I am on the pill. My worries are that I missed a couple pills the week of March 5-11 and had unprotected sex on March 13. My period should have started on the 19 of March, but instead, it was a light spotting that only lasted for a day. I also had some flu-like symptoms, like fever, vommiting, tiredness. I since then have discontinued use of the birth control pill, just in case I am pregnant, and still haven't had a period. I took a home pregnancy test and it came out negative, I'm worried I took it too early. Is there any possible way that I could be pregnant? |

Hi. IMO take another HPT, it will definately show a positive result if you are preg. I am thinking that maybe the bleeding was light because of the missed pills and now you are late because you have stopped taking the pills and it sometimes takes a while for your cycle to become regular again.
