Well I am kind of confused, I didnt have a normal menstrual cycle last month and I am always on time. I had a week of dry blood and 1 Day of normal bleeding. Now I am 13 days late I have been very very tired, slight cramping my stomach is large and about a week or two ago during the day I would get very hot and thirsty. I have taken many tests and they all show negative. please help
