Hello, folks. I am 45 years old and I am thinking of starting with exercising. However, it concerns me that I might be too old to start with this. What do you think? I have never exercised in a gym before, so I don't have similar experience. I will really appreciate all your sincere opinions.

Hi, there. I say it is never too late to start exercising. I think you are not too old. Of course, it is pity that you haven't started before, but better late than never. Exercising in your age will have benefits. You will be in better shape, I am sure. It is even healthier. One of the main risks for cardiovascular diseases is being static. In this way, you will diminish this risk. Let me know your first impressions when you start with exercises. Bye!
