Am i pregnant?

Hey...I'm 17 and i had sex with my bf for the first time on the 2.7.06 we used a condom but it came off sometime during sex...When i went to hold it when he was pulling out i noticed it was gone....so i took the morning after pill the next day 11 hours after and took it exactly 12 hours later.... I had my period 5 days later for 2.5 days and it was rather light....is this normal....its now been 17 days since my "spotting" began and my breasts have suddenly grown and i have to buy new bras... i have also been very fatigued lately but i went to the doctor and found out my iron levels were low.... i have also been a bit naueous lately......could i be pregnant? also sometimes b4 any sexual contact my bf slips inisde of me by accident for 2 seconds.... im relly scared!!! also does spotting count as a period...like do i wait 28 days after my spotting or last real period?!??!
