Hi, I have been prescribed with Ampicillin and Accutane for acne treatment, but I am not sure if this is good combination?

Hi, I am not sure if it is a good combination too. Did you get it prescribed by dermatologist? I suppose you can take only Accutane, if there are no significant side effects. Ampicillin is certainly not strong enough for acne treatment. Usually tetracycline are taken, but their effects is seen only as long as you take them. Once you stop taking it, bacteria will reoccur. Ampicillin has bad absorption, has two be taken every 6 hours, it’s concentrations in blood are not constant, so there are antibiotics of better qualities for prolonged taking.
