Hi, few days ago I got cramps in my stomach, nausea and diarhea. Later I figured out that it was probably because I had a meal in a very unhygienic Chinese restaurant the day before. I had some meat with rice and it must have gone bad and I didn’t notice it. What am I supposed to do, how do I get rid of the diarhea? I don’t want to go to the doctor if I don’t have to please help me, is there a pill of some kind that can help me?

The symptoms you have described usually happen in acute food poisoning. If you had bad meat it could cause those symptoms. There is also another possibility, it is possible that your stomach was irritated by something else and it just couldn’t digest the meat, this happens a lot with some people and the only sure cure is to avoid eating over spiced meat rich in fats and cholesterol. You could also have a viral disease like stomach flu or maybe even something more serious like an ulcer developing. I would advise you to take light food, toast on water for a few days and see if the diarhea and nausea disappear, if not I'm afraid you’re going to have to ask medical assistance from your doctor, which would be the best thing to do right away.
