I think I may be termed anorexic. I cannot eat when I am under stress. I have only eaten a biscuit in 3 days. I know I'm not fat, it's nothing to do with size, I simply cannot swallow food when I am stressed. I'm about 7 stone (i'm afraid to weigh myself at the moment) and I know I need help. I tried to eat tonight but after a few mouthfuls I was in pain. I'm worried now that I have passed the point of no return.
