Hi. Migraine without aura is the most common form of migraine. Migraine without aura is a recurrent headache disorder. These headaches can last for 4-72 hours. The symptoms of migraine without aura include pulsating quality, unilateral location, moderate or severe intensity, photo and phonophobia and nausea/vomiting. Migraine with aura is also a recurrent disorder. Thy symptoms usually last for an hour. The symptoms include flickering lights, spots, loss of vision, numbness, needles, pins, and speech disturbances. Visual and sensory symptoms affect only one side of your body. Each symptom lasts for up to 60 minutes.
