Hi there!

You don't even have to take classes. You can just buy a book with pilates exercises. There are books that mix regular exercises and those excellent for pregnant women.

I can only say that you shouldn't be wasting time looking for a pilates group and that you would even have more benefits from a book.

I took bought classes and did my own work with Collen Craig's "PIlates with a ball". It's perfect (not for pregnant women though). I learnt so much from the book because you have everything explained in there. Which exercise does what, how you breathe, how you move, etc. I haven't learned any of these stuff when I attended classes.

In classes, women only talk and are usually not so concentrated on the exercises.

Pilates is a mind-body method and I can only say that you will enjoy and feel the difference and benefits in no time.
