I am due to go in for Anterior Cervical Fusion on August 6th 2008. I am kind of leary just due to the fact that the Doctor was very anxious to have me go for it. When I asked what were the other alternatives and he stated that there were none. I found that very unusual.....

I am thinking of seeking a doctor from Hospital Of Special Surgery, located in Manhattan.

Has anyone gone there for the surgery? If so, can you fill me in? I would appreciate it. If you could recommend a good Doctor from HSS that would also be appreciated.
