I wonder if there is an effective Anti-FatigueTreatment. I am 34 years old, I sleep from 5-7 hours a day, and I work almost 10 – 12 hours in a day. I got used to this life rhythm, bur still from time to time, once or twice in a month I feel very exhausted. Not to mention the fact that I am under a lot of stress on work, where every mistake is very noticeable. Can you help me?

It seems to me that you are in a desperate need for a long holiday. I am afraid that this life rhythm is not something you can get used to. You said it yourself, couple of time in a month you feel very exhausted. Please, you have to reorganize yourself a bit better. Perhaps 7 - 8 hours of sleep, at least for some time, until you are recovered. Maybe some days off the work, just to grab some rest, both mental and physical. You could take some vitamins, even energy boost drink, but without good night sleep, they cannot help you.
