How long before its safe to stop taking anti pregnanacy pills , before one plans to have a baby ? Any advise, any experiences if you would like to share.

Doctors advise that you stop taking the pills and then wait until you have had one natural period bleed before trying to conceive.

This way, the doctor can calculate the day the baby is due!

But as soon as you stop taking the pills, you are no longer protected from pregnancy.
