Anus chaffing making it difficult to walk! is there a cream

my brother in law has had bowel Cancer surgery 3years ago.
he now as a problem with chaffing around the anus area.
he as had creams from his Doctor but they haven't hepled.
It really makes his life miserable as he likes to go to the gym
and he also like walking.
The chaffing makes it very uncomfortable to even walk normally.
When this problems arises now & again he is unable to continue with
his hobbies and it really puts him in a depressive state.
Can you help at all?

I have the exact same problem and was hoping someone posted a response. I have had this problem for years but do not know a solution. At least I feel better knowing it is not just me that is experiencing this problem
