Hi, could anybody give me advise how to develop better eating habits? The problem is that I like pizza and can’t decide to take vegetables instead.

Hi, it is normal that people prefer tasty, spicy food, but the fact is that you can prepare vegetables and fruits to be tasty too. It just takes time to practice and get skilled in cooking vegetables. You shouldn’t switch to vegetarian diet at once. You can for start, take one fruit as snack each day, for example. Later, you will look for some recipes for fruit salads and desserts, and when you find something to be tasteful you will prepare it often. Try to lessen the number of pizzas you eat in a month, for a start. Later, you increase the number of pizzas you skip.
