| My boyfriend has been suffering from asthma since he was a kid. He always has to be under therapy, and he has extra meds just in case strong attack comes that regular drugs cannot subdue. Is there any good non medical treatment for asthma? It seems to me these medications he is using sometimes do more harm than good and he is only 35 years old. Any advice for him? |

| I do not know what is like to be suffering from asthma, but I do have a friend who has the same problems. We met at the college, and he always had corticosteroids with him. After a while, we decided to train some martial art. After a year he said that his condition improved much, he said that he had only several mild attacks, which is a record for him. I guess that exercising strengthens respiratory system. I dont know much about this illness but I hope this helped. |
