I was hoping that someone here will have idea about my symptoms. I have something called knots in my back and they hurt and make discomfort in my back. My doc gave me muscle relaxes and that eases the pain, but it want make them go away. They are mostly in the middle and I think there are more that four. Can someone try to give me a heads up on what this might be? Any idea?
I believe that there is something that you are doing that aggravates your back causing knots. But I can't find cause for you it is something you have to d by yourself. Until you find out the cause, the knots won't disappear. You should see a specialist on posture. I have problems with a back so much that I couldn't even sleep anymore. So, I started first with yoga and the Pilates too. I have amazing results. I am spending t much time at the desk, so this is really answers to my problems. So, my idea on your symptoms is exercises and Something you should also try is a no refined sugar diet, Fruits are okay but anything like cereal, milk (besides organic whole milk), breads, alcohol need to be avoided.
