Any Sucessful Rehab experiences ?

I have twisted my ankle last month. For all this time I was not able to stay on that leg. I wore bandages. According to my doctor, everything went fine and I should start with rehab. That is why I want to know about any successful rehab experiences. Also I am interested in rehab programs.

I had wonderful results with rehab program my doctor gave me. If you try it you will have successful rehabilitation experience yourself. The thing is that you have to massage your ankle every day, to keep it warm and move it without stepping on it. For example, while you are in bed. Do this for a week and then try to step on your feet but careful.
