| Hi! I'm 25 and two months ago my doctor told me that I have diabetes. Of course, he prescribed me medicament and explain me why is so important to take care about my nutrition. I'm on diet now but I didn't get used to it yet. Does somebody tell me any good diabetic recipes? Thanks! |

| Hi! I know good one for pumpkin cookies. They are delicious, without sugar but with extra protein. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, whisk together wheat flour, soy flour, oats, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir in pumpkin, canola oil, water, egg whites, and molasses. Roll into 14 large balls and flatten on a baking sheet. Have a nice time! |
