Okay, so this might get lengthy, so please bear with me.

For quite some time, I've been tired a lot more than usual, due to my sleeping schedule being out of whack so I am not getting a lot of it. In Nov, I went thru a period of depression. Since then, it seems like I cry much more easily, the last few weeks I feel the urge out of nowhere, without any feelings of sadness. I've felt ill a couple times, but it was sort of flu like stuff that was going around. I was on progesterone-only birth control (since a month after my son was born, started in Dec 05), but ran out last month & I haven't been able to get to the doc's for my yearly & new bc prescription. My cycle is usually about 33 days, my period was on time & normal as far as I remember, at least the last 3 months (Nov, Dec, Jan), but today is day 45. I haven't had sex since early Nov, so I don't think I am pregnant (I'd have to be almost 4 months by now). I even took a hpt last week that came out negative, but I had bought it 2 yrs ago & the expiration date was Oct 07. Around Thanksgiving I went to the doc's for sleep problems (which did straighten out for a while, well, as straightened as they get for me as I have sleep probs since hs), lack of appetite (that came back not long after), & the depessive feelings (not too severe, just sad a lot). They had me do some lab tests for different things, & everything came back fine except they said I have abnormal bilirubin levels & I would have to come back in a few months to do more tests.

Any ideas on what could be going on with me with any of this? Thanks!
