Any potential problems with delivery outcome after antihistamine use in early pregnancy?

I have problem with my allergy to pollen. I usually take antihistamine and after that I feel much better. But now I want child and I’m planning pregnancy. Can somebody tell me something about usage o antihistamine in pregnancy? Any potential problems with delivery outcome after antihistamine use in early pregnancy? Thanks!

I read something about certain researches about impact of antihistamine use in early pregnancy on delivery outcome. And there are said that no statistically significant effects on delivery outcome were seen after the use of antihistamine drugs for allergy. I know that the occasional use of antihistamine is not likely to cause problems in the fetus.

Any potential problems with delivery outcome after antihistamine use in early pregnancy?
