Anyone addicted to nicotine gum?

Hi, I have develop addiction to nicotine gum. Now, I need to take it almost every 3 hours. I decided to quit smoking and I have new addiction. Should I try patch?

In your case it would be good to quit with nicotine gums too, but it will not be easy issue. Your body needs nicotine and you need to teach him to live without it. Try non- nicotine products like herbal cigarettes and othe rsubstitutes for cigarettes. A friend of mine finally gave up smoking when h edecided to give up all nicotine replacements too. Just convience yourself -no more nicotine, no more gums, no more smokes. I hope such approach would help you. I was proper nicotine addict, and I quitted. Don’t give up on your efforts on giving up smoking and nicotine gums too.
