Anyone else out on Amiodarone after everything else failed?

I was on Digoxin for six moths but yesterday my doctor decided to put me on Amiodarone. He is not satisfied with results of Digoxin. Before that I was using Tedisamil. I heard that Amiodarone is very storng drug and that have many side effects. Anyone else out on Amiodarone after everything else failed?

I started to take Amiodarone last month. Before it I was on Nadolol, Azimilide and Digoxin. Amiodarone is used for many serious arrhythmias of the heart and finally I think that I’m much better. But you are right about side effects, they can be very serious. Sometimes they take weeks or months to develop.
