Hi, I have been taking it for long time. And the main problem is that you need more and more over time. You are becoming addictive, as time goes on and this happens even if you are taking only prescribed doses. So, try to avoid this by taking it only when it is really necessary. Also, don’t forget that it is abused drug. You must use caution when driving, operating machinery, or performing other demanding activities. Valium contains diazepam, and it causes drowsiness and dizziness. Sometimes, you may feel a bit confused, this is a signal to stop taking it for a while.
