Anyone info about Linden method?

My brother has anxiety disorder. It is very difficult for him, but is difficult for him also. I want to help him, but I don’t know how. My friend told me that there is some Linden method, for anxiety. Can my brother try it? What do you think about Linden method?

Hi! I have anxiety disorder too. I bought Charles Linden book. I read very carefully this book. But, I will disappoint you. I didn’t have any benefit. From my personal experience I know that only good psychotherapy can help people with that disorder. You can by this book. Maybe book isn’t for me, but maze is good for your brother. You can only waste your money. I suggest to you find some good psychotherapist. Good lack!
