My question is, does Apple Cedar Vinegar help with protecting one's heart?

Hi there! As far as I know Apple Cedar Vinegar doesn’t have a direct influence on heart but it helps oxidate blood preventing it from becoming thick and from building plaque, which leads to heart attacks and strokes. Not only does it prevent plaque from forming but it has been shown that it may even reverse the damage made from plaque build up. In that way, Apple Cider Vinegar promotes the health of heart and blood vessels.

Potassium that is found in Apple Cider Vinegar makes blood thinner, which again contributes to the health of the heart and blood pressure.

I also know that a water-soluble fiber called pectin in apple cider vinegar helps fight high blood cholesterol.

My father died of a heart attack at 52yrs. Was also a very heavy smoker.
