Are Headaches this bad, normal?

Hello!
Are really bad headaches normal signs of early pregnancy???
For about the past week I have been getting these really bad headaches (along with other signs of pregnancy) to the point where my vision gets blurred and I feel really sleepy. I haven't took a pregnancy test yet because it still might be too early to tell (it's been about 3 1/2 weeks). I know headaches are normal, but this bad???

Headaches are common during pregnancy, especially during the first and third trimesters. However I think in your case it's too early to say if you're pregnant or not. The best indices will be after first HPT!
