Are aromatherapy candles any good?

Hi, my very good friend told me that she is using aromatherapy for some time and she feels much better and more relaxed. I wanted to try it by myself and I bought several of these candles. I have tried them several times but I really do not feel any difference. I would like to know if these candles can make any good.

Hi, aromatherapy is becoming more and more popular lately. Great number of people visit aromatherapy sessions and many of them are very satisfied. Problem with candles lies in the fact that there are many fake candles on the market which do not contain any essential oils like real aroma therapy candles. It may be the reason why you didn't feel any benefit from it.
