Hello, I need some help regarding food menus for my kid. He started eating solid food and we are trying to make the best possible diet for him. Are chewable vitamins good enough? What is the best way for the kid to get the required vitamin daily amount? What do you use?

Well, the best thing for vitamins is fresh fruit and vegetables. Of course, he is still young to eat them like that, but you can mash them and it would be just fine. Of course, when you cook the veggies, do not overcook it because the vitamins and enzymes will be lost. Also, some vitamins are fat soluble, so they require some amount of fat in the food to be absorbed properly.
