Hi. I am a guy that is 27 years old and I have had some symptoms. My genital area itches, and burns. I also have swollen glands in the groin area and urinary pain. I am almost 99 percent positive that this is genital herpes. I shall go to the doctor in next few days, but tell me – do you think that herpes and urinary pain are connected. If so than this is surely herpes.

Yeah, it sounds like a herpes to me. It is obvious that you have all the symptoms. Urinary pain has everything to do with the genital herpes. You should go to the doctor and see what he can do for you. Genital herpes can really be nasty. Better get that thing fixed before it gets any worse. Good bye.
