Are kidney tumors in children possible?

Hello! My good friend told me that pediatric suspect on kidney tumor at her daughter. Her daughter is only three years old. I cannot believe that this could be true. Are kidney tumors in children possible at all? I think that only grown up can be diagnosed with this disease. Please tell me if I am right.

Hello! Unfortunately, you are not right. I am sorry I heard that three years old girl has kidney tumor. Kidney tumor can be diagnosed at children (even babies). This disease affects all of people no mater their age. This is very difficult condition, but if it is found in early stadium van be cured.
