Hello. I am a guy 19 years old and I noticed that I feel a lot better next day when I take a long walk during the day. Does it have something to do with it? I know that guys who run marathons are strong as horses, but they also have messed up heart. I am really keen to know more about this, since I jog and take long walk a lot.

Yes, they are. And not even healthy but essential for your health. About having enlarged heart, that happens only in the extreme cases. For older individuals it is even more valuable. It boosts the cardiac system, and keeps you fit. What would you possibly want more than that. Great, isn't it?
