| I am 37 years old and I have been thinking a lot about changing completely my lifestyle. I know that it is not easy at all, but if I have started exercising three times a week, and I never did that before, I can surely change my eating habits too. I have been thinking about switching to vegetarian food, are mushroom in that group too? |

| Well, if you are a fan of mushrooms then you have nothing to worry about because mushrooms are vegetarian food. And they can be very tasty, if you have the right recipe. And even the people that are not vegetarians like mushrooms and eat them solo or add it to their meals as salad or something like that. Personally, I like mushrooms, and I just adore them on my pizza! |
