| Hello! I think that I’m suffering from hypoglycemia. I didn’t go to doctor yet but I’m planning too. I heard that people who have hypoglycemia need to use medications and must take care what they eat. I’m wondering are there any natural cures for hypoglycemia. Somebody with experience, please tell me! Thanks! |

| First you should know is that you need to have more frequent but smaller meals throughout the day to help keep blood glucose levels up. You can use certain nutritional supplementation like vitamin B complex, vitamin B6, calcium, magnesium and zinc. I drink special juice every day (mix of juice of carrot, beet, Jerusalem artichoke, burdock root and garlic). |
