Is "popping your knuckles" actually "bad" for you? I've heard conflicting stories ("No, it's just releasing nitrogen bubbles in your joints." "Yes, you'll get arthritis."). This is kinda strange but I have a nervous habit of repeatedly popping my big toe on my left foot, by moving it up and down I can get it to pop over and over. Am I going to have an arthritic toe in my old age with a big swollen toe-knuckle (what's your foot's equivalent to a knuckle)?
