Are there drugs for Antisocial Personality Disorder?

I guess I will have to deal with yet another problem in my life. My brother has just got his official diagnose – antisocial personality disorder. And I know that is not a good thing, knowing how he acts and what he had done so far in his life. But I guess I have no other choice but to try and help him, so I would like to know a bit more about the possible treatments. Are there drugs for this condition?

Unfortunately, there are none. At least, not one that would effectively deal with the symptoms. The only thing left is psycho therapy, usually a group one, even though it might not prove effective for him. This is due to the fact that actually he has the main role in his therapy, he has to wish for an improvement, to want to be and act better.
