Are these diabetes symptoms?

I have been wondering if I could have diabetes for a while, so I am hoping that you can tell me if these are diabetes symptoms. I drink a lot of liquid and urinate a lot, have lower back pain and I get faint when I stand up especially when I'm hot. I also have been quite moody. Please help me!

I am not a physician, but it could be from stress…or whatever. All I can tell you are warning signs of type 1 diabetes: thirst, frequent urination, vision changes, sugar in urine, sweet, or wine-like odor on breath, increased appetite, lethargy…
