Hello, folks. I know that kids should eat healthy food and I really try to achieve this with my kid. However, I feel like I should give him some vitamins. I was wondering if some of you give the vitamins to your kids. If you do so, which vitamins do you give? I would appreciate all your replies. Bye!

Hello. We all know that when kid is in his her first year, he must take vitamin A and D in a form of AD drops. You can give your kid multivitamin supplements. Maybe the dosage should be less. You haven’t mentioned the age of your kid. You should also give him vitamin C. Fish oil is also healthy for your kid. If you are having any doubts, consult your pediatrician. He will give you exact answers. I hope I have helped a little. Bye!
