I recently noticed that my 37 yr old husbands' right Areola leaks if squeased. It is a clear fluid. The glands on his right areola seem to be bigger than the left. He is in great shape and doesn't have any lumps on his breast. I am concerned something is wrong. What do you think could be happening? Is this normal at all? Thank You Confused
