I am a 35 year old monther of two. On Sunday, when I went to help my little boy with something. I noticed that my arm was shaking a bit. I went to the Doctor and they recommended a neuro of which I am extremely nervous about going to. Not for two weeks though, As the days pass, it appears as though the shaking is getting worse in both hands. I can also feel it when I am resting like my body wants to shake but is not. I am super scared. I don't know what this could be. I don't know if it is stress or what but it seems like it is getting worse. Should I go to the hospital.
