Arm rash, armpit lump and mole all at once?

I noticed a few weeks ago a lump under my armpit...but as I'd been ill assumed it was just a swollen gland. It was a bit painful but went away very quickly. I've been fine since...except for the last week or so my arms have been really itchy sometimes. And I shaved my armpits just now and noticed a mole where the lump was. I really don't want to worry my parents about this...should I go down to the doctors or is there an obvious explanation what this is?

I have the same thing, wondering if you got any answers. My armpits started to itch terribly, light rash went away, itching subsided, however a mole that used to be very small is now large. If you have any info let me know. Thanks. Happy New Year!
