Well the obvious advice would be to stop masturbating so much right?

I find that more difficult than I would have imagined. For the first time in my life I have come to see my sexual habits has a problem that may require me to seek outside support to resolve. I even thought about joining sexoholics anonymous.

Just recently, I've really started seeing my masturbation habits becoming a physical problem as well as psychiatric problem. For instance I have aquired these deep lines under the tip of my penis shaft caused my severe skin irritation brought by masterbating too much and for too long. Anyway,
I have developed this skin disorder from over stimulation and wonder if there is any cream or ointment that can be picked up to help heal the damage that I have done, or are the scars permanent?

dude there are groves on the penis, you dont notice them unless you look carefully and they arnt scars, maybe its from your circumsision or possibly just naturally how your skin is.
