Arthroscopic surgery is a common orthopedic procedure that is used to treat problems in joints. Yes, it can and it is most commonly performed on the knee and shoulder joints. Less commonly on the wrist, elbow, ankle and hip. The main reason the knee and shoulder are the most commonly arthroscoped joints are, that they are large enough to manipulate the instruments around. So, answer would be: your joint can be arthroscoped. However, you should consult surgeon before any decision.
