Hi. Ascending testicle is due to a delayed resorption of the processus vaginalis and a pulling up of the testicle. Ascending testicle cannot be manipulated into a dependent scrotal position. Ascending testicle also feels tethered. I am not sure what are the treatment options. I have read surgical correction is necessary. Anyway, a guy in school said he has ascending testical problems. He said it requires surgery. He said ascending testicle is a common abnormality of the testis. I have another testicle problem. I think my left testicle is bigger than the right one.

my right testicl is normal in size but the left tesitical is very small in size, i can feel veins n nerves...i masturbate, there is no problem wid dat...
but after erection scrotum looses down. ........
