Hi, I have met my very good friend yesterday in the market and she told me that her son has high temperature for several days already. I have told her to give him vitamins and aspirin but she told me that she hesitate because of side effects which aspirin may cause. I would like to know something more about it.
Hi, aspirin may cause side effects and it is not anything new. My daughter has allergy on aspirin so I give her paracetamol instead of it. When you give aspirin to the kids you have to be very cautious because it may cause fall of blood pressure and even shock. Also breathing difficulties may appear. Swelling is also dangerous side effect which may narrow airways and cause stop of breathing.
