I am thinking about quitting Atkins diet. I have been on it for 3 months now, managed to lose weight but I need to lose some more. I don’t know if I reached weight plateau but no more pounds are going off. I reckon I need to find something else. Any idea on what I should do?

Yes, I reckon it is quite possible that you have reached plateau when your body got used to your new calorie intake and got used to it. It happened to me too and luckily I had a word with a body-builder who suggested I tried a zig-zag method. Zig-zag method means that you switch calorie intake every three days. You eat three days your maintaince calorie levels and then you eat three days calories below maintenance level. That should prevent your metabolism from getting lazy. Good luck!
