| I have been experiencing some weird symptoms that, as my friends say, can be linked with the fact that I am vegetarian. I have been feeling so tired and numb these last several days, felt dizziness, headaches etc. I am going to a doctor first thing in the morning, but still I would like to know. Are those B12 deficiency symptoms? |

| Yes, they are. And I will add several more: loss of memory, body's imbalance, depression, eye problems, breathing difficulties... If you are a vegan, then you must take supplement for B12 vitamin (which is found in eggs, meat…). That is the best advice I can give you. Except one, do not forget to go to the doctor as planned. |
