Hi, I have been prescribed vitamin B12 shots, because of multiple sclerosis symptoms. Has anyone any experiences with this therapy? How long does it take to see some improvement?

Hi, I have been searching for treatment for tingling and numbness in feet and legs. After some unsuccessful attempts I started getting B12 shots. Vitamin B12 can significantly improve peripheral nerves condition. Now, I’m taking it for nearly a year. I have really been relieved from troubling symptoms. I guess it depends on why you are getting them. Some patients on this therapy had sleeping problems and had to take hypnotics, like benzodiazepines for sleep. I believe that it can’t be harmful to try this therapy, but your doctor can only suggest you whether to take it or not.
